The Education Department has issued mobile and toll-free numbers through which people can lodge 57 types of complaints like Salary related problems, specific teacher problems, Leave, etc,
Such as dress, bicycle, bribe, the conduct of teachers, building construction, etc.
The complaints are divided into different categories: Schools, Students, Teachers, Universities & Colleges, and Vendors & Contractors.
Another sixth category has been created, in which if any employee of the education department asks for money from a teacher or student, a complaint can be made.
The responsibility of different officers has been fixed to resolve these complaints. People can file their complaints on 14417 or 18003454417.
