In relation to the above mentioned subject, it is to be said that information about the vacant posts of secondary/higher secondary teachers and librarian is required. It is to be noted that the District Council and Municipal Body Institutions took action for appointment from 2006 to 2022.

From the year 2023, appointment has been made under TRE-1, TRE-2 and TRE-3 under the Bihar State Vidyalag Adhyapak (Appointment, Transfer, Disciplinary Action and Service Conditions) Rules, 2023 (as amended from time to time). It is to be noted that through the departmental letter no. 271 dated 29.01.2024, vacancy was demanded for appointment in secondary and higher secondary schools.
At present, information about the local body teachers and assistant teachers/headmasters of the earlier prescribed pay scale whose posts have become vacant due to retirement/resignation from February 2024 to December 2024 is to be given in the prescribed Form-A and the report related to the librarian as per the approved strength received by the districts.
