Phase-1: District Level Rounds
Format: This phase will be conducted through online quiz.
Dates: The district level rounds will be held on four different days:
- 1st Round: 15 March 2025 (Saturday), 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- 2nd Round: 16 March 2025 (Sunday), 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- 3rd Round: 22 March 2025 (Saturday), 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- 4th Round: 23 March 2025 (Sunday), 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Description: All registered teams will participate in this phase. Top three teams from each district will advance to the next stage.
Stage-2: Divisional Level Round
Format: This will be a one-day written and on-stage quiz competition.
Venues and dates: The event will be held in nine divisions of Bihar on the following dates:
- Darbhanga: 28 March 2025 (Friday)
- Tirhut (Muzaffarpur): 29 March 2025 (Saturday)
- Saran (Chhapra): 30 March 2025 (Sunday)
- Bhagalpur: 5 April 2025 (Saturday)
- Munger: 6 April 2025 (Sunday)
- Kosi (Saharsa): 9 April 2025 (Wednesday)
- Purnia: 10 April 2025 (Thursday)
- Magadh (Gaya): 12 April 2025 (Saturday)
- Patna: 13 April 2025 (Sunday)
Description: Top three groups selected from the district level will participate in this stage. The best three teams from each division will qualify for the final round.
Stage-3: State Level (Final) Round
- Venue: Patna
- Date: 14 April 2025 (Monday)
- Time: Written Test: 10:30 am to 11:30 am
- On-Stage Round: 11:45 am to 12:15 pm
Description: Top three teams selected from the division level will participate in this stage. This will be the final stage, where the winners will be selected.

- Names of both participants.
- School and Class Name.
- Parents Names.

- Photograph of both participants (in JPEG format, maximum 30KB).
Rules:
- Each group can consist of maximum two students
- Both participants must be from the same school.
- After registration username and password will be sent through email, which is to be used in the online round.
Participation Requirements
The following eligibility criteria are applicable to participate in this competition:
- Students from government and private schools of Bihar can participate in this competition.
- Students from class 6 to 12 are eligible to participate.
- Students appearing for class 12th examination in 2025 can also participate.
- Each team will have two students, who should be from the same school.
- Team members can be from different classes.
Organizing Committee and Support
For the successful organization of this competition, a committee will be formed at the district level, which will include:
- Executive Chairman: Deputy Development Commissioner
- Members: District Education Officer, District Sports Officer, and District Art and Culture Officer
- Special Support: An expert organization named EXTA-C is supporting this event.
