CMAT (Common Management Admission Test)
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level entrance examination conducted in India by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBA and PGDM programs in participating institutions. It is an annual computer-based exam with no upper age restriction for applicants. Over a thousand AICTE-approved universities use scores for admissions.

Key Details

The UGC NET certificate for JRF is valid for three years, while for Assistant Professor, it is valid indefinitely.

There is no negative marking, and candidates must score at least 40% (general category) or

35% (reserved categories) to qualify.

Tips for Studying for Both Exams: – Learn the format and content of the test.

Solve last year’s question papers and practice mock exams (available on the NTA website).
Make a study schedule that balances all the topics and concentrates on your weakest regions.
Pay close attention to the more recent Innovation and Entrepreneurship portion of the CMAT.
Make sure you have a thorough comprehension of the topic you have chosen for Paper 2 of the UGC NET.

The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT)-2025 will be administered by the National Testing Agency

On Saturday, 25 January, 2025, at various locations around the nation in two shifts

Shift I: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Shift II: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. using computer-based test (CBT) mode. Candidates must use their Application Number and Date of Birth to view or download their Examination City Intimation slip for CMAT-2025.
