- Appointment and transfer process (21 November 2024 to 21 November 2024)
During this period, the appointment and transfer of teachers and teachers from 2035 to 2036 were considered. Starting from 21 November 2024, online applications were sought by 15 December 2024. A total of 1,900 applications were received during this period, out of which 1,000 teachers were benefited. This means that these teachers were transferred or appointed to the school or district of their choice. - Review and result of applications (till 3 January 2025): On 28 January 2025, 47 applications were approved on a priority basis, so that these teachers can get benefits as soon as possible. However, 452 applications are still under consideration. In addition, 759 teachers were approved to transfer at district level, and 260 teachers got the benefit of transfer to other districts. This process has been made more transparent for the convenience of teachers.
- Online portal and e-education introduction (1 January 2025): A new e-education portal for teachers and employees was started, which is active since 15 December 2024. So far 2,048 applications have been received through this portal. This portal makes the application, transfer, and other processes online and easy, so that teachers get relief from the offline race.
- Compassionate appointment and special views (7 February 2025): 185 applications were considered “OK” on compassionate grounds, which means these applications were approved. 30 applications were placed for “Favorable Consideration” (positive consideration), so that they could be further reviewed. However, 44 applications were termed as “NOT OK”, and 1 application was sent for detailed investigation. This process ensures that only qualified and correct applications are approved.
- Improvement at district and block level: A new system has been implemented to make the transfer and posting of teachers at the district and block level more transparent. This system will work through the e-education portal, which will help teachers to track their application status easily.
